JP has been part of the Miles IT team since 2001 and has spent over 20 years collaborating, consulting, coaching, and looking for better ways to accomplish more through the successful combination of people and technology.
He has extensive expertise in business process improvement, software design, systems integrations, strategic road-mapping, continuous learning, team building, and more.
As the leader of our Business Software Solutions team, he is joined by a group of over 50 top-notch software professionals who love what they do and work together to deliver high-value and highly-usable solutions for our customers.
His two main passions at work include helping our customers accomplish more through the use of technology and helping provide personal, professional, and team growth opportunities for our staff.
