About the Role
User Account Consultant
Our IT Division empowers businesses by providing comprehensive IT support, cybersecurity solutions, cloud management, and network optimization. We act as your dedicated IT team, ensuring seamless operations, data protection, and technological innovation.
User Device Consultants play a crucial part within our IT Division by seamlessly integrating new devices into their workflows. This role focuses on configuring and optimizing devices to enhance user productivity and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up multiple user devices for individual users or shared user groups.
- Engage with users consistently throughout the setup process of the user device
- Following and adhering to strict customer aligned processes.
- Consistent ability to accurately complete paperwork components.

EDUCATION
REQUIRED:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
SKILLS
- Experience with MS User Device Operating Systems
- Exceptional communication skills: articulate, persuasive, and adept at building rapport
- Experience with MS Office Applications
- Preferred: Knowlege of Apple User Device Operating Systems and base knowledge of software installation procedures and interactions with operating systems
