In accordance with local, state, or federal laws, Miles IT will provide appropriate disclosure of Data to law enforcement to comply with valid judicial, administrative, or statutory proceedings or orders. Additionally, such disclosures may be made to prevent imminent property damage, security breaches, or physical injury to protect our infrastructure, staff, or users.

5. Storage and Retention of Data

Collected Data is retained in accordance with our corporate data governance policies, statutory requirements, and active service level agreements. Non-financial prospect and customer data may be retained to support continuous technology management services unless a formal request is submitted for its disposal.
