About the Role
IT Associate
This career opportunity will place you directly in a fast-paced and challenging work environment where you will continually increase your knowledge base and improve your skill set by working on a variety of projects.
This 3-month IT Associate position on our Information Technology Team at Miles IT is an exciting opportunity to learn on the job at a company where business and technology intersect. In this position, you will be helping Miles IT and our customers operate more efficiently through the proper use of today’s technologies.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who also have an aptitude and interest in computer technologies, such as operating systems and networking protocols. In this role, you will learn the nuances of providing desktop and network support, with a focus on Level 1 issues. This position is a great combination of both the consulting side and the technical side of the business.
