About the IT Support Team
Our support team is broken down into two main groups. The first tier is our first responders, tasked with receiving all support requests and promptly handling them. At times, the requests received are too complicated for the first responders and require more technical troubleshooting. When this occurs, the tasks are handed off to our reinforcements group.
The Support Consultants are members of our Tier 1 first responder group who spend their day working on a variety of issues for our customers. We take great pride in being responsive and helping people accomplish more with the use of technology. Elevate your problem-solving skills to new heights and make a meaningful impact in resolving challenging technical issues.
Common issues that you will work on include desktop, server, network, virtualization, and storage troubleshooting. You will work on problems that may be intermittent and difficult to resolve.

REQUIRED:
- At least 1 year of experience working in an IT role
- Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Strong passion for working with information technologies
PREFERRED:
- 1 years experience providing IT services to businesses working for an MSP on a helpdesk or 3 years with a single organization working on a help desk Certifications such as A+, CCNA, etc.
- Degrees in Information Systems or similar
- Experience providing IT Support for businesses

Our India IT Support team works 6:30pm – 3:30am IST
